Room 9's Instructional Writing

Last week Room 9 was introduced to our writing topic for Term 2.
We have started learning about how to write instructions!

When writing instructions we know to include:
A title, an introduction, a list of materials, numbered steps showing the method, an ending/evaluation and we can also sometimes include diagrams.

We read some instructions called "How to make a Pop-up Card".
We re-wrote them so they would suit us, and followed them carefully to make pop-up cards for Mother's Day! What fantastic results! I bet there were some very happy Mums on Sunday!
